Recharge Insights

Recharge Intelligence is our AI-Native internal advanced intelligence engine used for every role we work, combining cutting-edge technology, AI and deep research to fully map talent markets, highly target & uncover exceptional people to ultimately identify, engage and secure the best talent for our clients with greater speed and precision than ever before.

It is not just a tool to find and engage the best candidates, but also to do deep research in the market you are in, see who is doing what, and ultimately gain a competitive advantage and a detailed view of the talent landscape in your industry per role.

Traditional recruitment agencies often work transactionally, presenting the first candidates they find. Recharge Group takes a market-first approach, mapping the entire talent landscape to identify and target the best people; including those your competitors may never reach. The result? Better talent, faster hires and lower recruitment costs. You gain access to talent others overlook & the competitive edge in securing it. Why settle for the first candidates you’re sent when you could access the best in the market?

The talent market has evolved. Your approach to recruitment should too.

Simple, transparent and aligned with the work we deliver. We work on a success based model:

Recharge Search: We receive a flat percentage of candidates first year base salary upon hire

Recharge Solutions: We work on an agreed, flat percentage margin for contract, temporary and project based solutions.

No complexity, no obligation to start: We agree commercial terms with you upfront and ahead of every partnership.

If a placement doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we offer a free replacement search.

We're not interested in quick wins, we want to build long-lasting relationships and become an extension of your team.

Absolutely. We work as an extension of your team, collaborating closely with founders, C-suite, hiring managers and internal talent or HR teams to deliver the best results.

We work with greater speed and precision than ever before.

Our average timelines from first discovery call to shortlist of the best 3-5 candidates per role sent:

• Recharge Search: 7 days
• Recharge Solutions: 3 to 5 days

We then guide the candidates through the interview process and provide full transparency to offer and close the best.

We fully map talent markets and competitors through our internal system almost immediately after the first discovery / job intake call, our specialist consultants then go to work with highly targeted outreach campaigns and a state-of-the-art screening process to engage and secure the best talent.
